徐决定，别号(观山)汉族，1949年生，浙江杭州人，系世界艺术大师、国家巨星、中华文化大使、国家宝藏级文艺家、中国泰斗级文艺家、国家顶级诗书画家、国家一级美术大师、国家书法大家、联合国国际艺术节首席艺术家评委、联合国十大艺术名家、首席联合国国际艺术节评委奖、联合国首席艺术顾问、联合国和平艺术大使、联合国和平书画院院士、中国艺术院院士、国家一级文艺导师、中国名家画院副院长、英国皇家艺术研究院名誉院士、客座教授、法兰西皇家画院终生院士、世界知识画报艺术顾问、世界当代十大顶级文艺大师、比利时皇家艺术院终身院士、荣誉教授、清华大学美术学院客座教授、国家特级文艺导师。

作品和传略《入海内外中国书画艺术当代名家集》(五大名家:吴冠中、徐决定、秦大虎、靳尚谊、朱德群)、《新中国国礼艺术大师》、《艺术大师》(三人行:刘大为、沈鹏、徐决定)。2020年7月由人民美术出版社出版发行《中国最美艺术抗疫英雄》（世界珍藏）版20万册，《中华国礼艺术大师》(黄永玉、靳尚谊、徐决定、莫言、苏士澍等几位)。中国邮政总局多年出版徐决定个人邮票专辑一《大师风范·名家同行》邮票发行全球。

2019年6月，由人民美术出版社出版发行10万册《中国顶级书画大师徐决定》;2019年8月中国新闻出版社的《新中国百名书画大师》榜，封面人物及封底(风调雨顺》水墨作品，《古今大师扇面集粹》封内《群英图》彩墨及水墨系列作品:2019年9月《世界知识画报》出版全球发行，建国70周年《世界知识》画报国礼专刊，首版徐决定，第二版范迪安，第三版吴为山，第四版韩美林，2020年11月1日荣获“富士山国际艺术奖”;2019年10月31日《大地母亲》水墨大写意中国画，90x98cm，在顶级书画大师全球巡展中，已由意大利博物馆收藏;2020年11月18日荣获“联合国和平艺术奖”，同时授予“联合国重点推荐艺术名家”。2021年荣获“世界艺术奖”、2021年度“全球十大杰出人物”，“世界最有影响力艺术家”，“影响世界十大金牌艺术家”“卢浮宫世界艺术金奖”，并授予“卢浮宫馆藏级艺术家”，并聘为“卢浮宫名誉副馆长”，“首届国际文艺金鹰奖”，授予“世界当代杰出文艺领袖”，“世界文化艺术交流大使”，并入选“世界名人堂”终身成就会员，世外桃源《龙的故乡》喷井彩墨中国画68x68cm推送巴黎国际当代艺术博览会巡展(FIAC)，并由法国大皇宫国家美术馆收藏。

2022年2月荣获首届“艺术里的奥林匹克·奥林匹克艺术之星”称号2022年5月入选《印象中国》中国当代艺术家合集，并由范迪安和徐决定特邀封面人物，于人民出版社出版发行;2021年6月1日入选世界当代文艺大师《文艺之巅·世界当代文艺大师典藏》;2022年6月入选《一代名师》系列作品由华夏文史出版社出版发行;2022年8月《心怀国之大者志笃文化强国》范迪安、徐决定作品双人展由国际文化艺术交流中心、中国国际艺术馆在北京举办(长期);2022年8月被任命孙晓云(北京)工作室中央级专家;2023年7月正在筹建徐决定云端博物馆(北京);中国对外唯英文版中宣时代报20多万册，2022年10月发行150多国家和地区重要新闻报，我与莫言、孙晓云、范迪安四人均整版，并参与“二十大”人民大会堂现场发行。

2023年2月被评为“命运共同体·联合国人类文明和平卫士奖”获得者颁发“人类文明和平卫士”勋章，授予“人类和平文化捍卫者”、“联合国公认世界十大杰出艺术家”荣誉称号。2023年特推参与中希文明互鉴奠基人。2023年荣获徐悲鸿奖·终身成就奖。2023年2月系列美术作品在人民大会堂现场献礼特推艺术家。参与全国两会艺术专刊不忘初心跟党走·牢记使命再出发》。

参与的作品水墨画《春风迎万里》68x136cm在展赛中荣获第三名。2020年5月在北京人民大会堂举办首届“中华艺术国际书画展赛”，由中国艺术改革发展委员会主办。

Xu Decision, also known as Guan Shan, Han ethnicity, born in 1949 in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, is a world master of art, a national superstar, an ambassador of Chinese culture, a national treasure level literary and artistic figure, a Chinese tycoon level literary and artistic figure, a national top poetry and calligraphy painter, a national first-class art master, a national calligraphy master, the chief artist judge of the United Nations International Art Festival, the top ten art masters of the United Nations, and the chief judge of the United Nations International Art Festival United Nations Chief Art Advisor, United Nations Ambassador for Peace Arts, Academician of the United Nations Academy of Peace Painting and Calligraphy, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Arts, National Level Literary and Art Mentor, Vice Dean of the Chinese Academy of Famous Painters, Honorary Academician of the Royal Academy of Arts in the UK, Visiting Professor, End of Life Academician of the Royal Academy of Arts in France, Art Advisor of the World Knowledge Pictorial, Top Ten Contemporary Literary Masters in the World, Lifetime Academician and Honorary Professor of the Royal Academy of Arts in Belgium Visiting professor at the School of Fine Arts, Tsinghua University, and national top-level literary and artistic supervisor.

Works and Biographies: "Collection of Contemporary Famous Chinese Calligraphers and Painters at Home and Abroad" (Five Famous Masters: Wu Guanzhong, Xu Decisive, Qin Dahu, Jin Shangyi, Zhu Dequn), "New China National Ritual Art Master", "Art Master" (Three People: Liu Dawei, Shen Peng, Xu Decisive). In July 2020, the People's Fine Arts Publishing House published and distributed a 200000 volume edition of "The Most Beautiful Art of China - Heroes of Hangdu" (World Collection), "The Masters of Chinese Ritual Art" (by Huang Yongyu, Jin Shangyi, Xu Decisive, Mo Yan, Su Shishu, and others). The General Administration of Posts of China has been publishing Xu's personal stamp album for many years, titled "Master Style: Accompanying Masters", with stamps distributed worldwide.

In June 2019, the People's Fine Arts Publishing House published and distributed 100000 copies of "Xu Decision, a Top Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Master"; In August 2019, China News Publishing House published a book titled "New China's Hundred Famous Calligraphy and Painting Masters"Teacher's List, Cover characters and ink paintings (favorable weather and favorable weather) on the back cover, painting and ink series on the "Collection of Ancient and Modern Masters Fan Faces" and the "Group of Heroes" on the back cover: published globally in September 2019 by the World Knowledge Pictorial, and published in the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China by the World Knowledge Pictorial as a special issue on national ceremonies. In February 2022, he was awarded the title of "Olympic in Art · Olympic Art Star" in the first edition. The ink painting "Spring Breeze Welcoming Thousands of Miles" with a size of 68x136cm won third place in the exhibition competition. The first "Chinese Art International Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition Competition" was held in May 2020 at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing, hosted by the China Arts Reform and Development Commission.
