Currently, Europe and China, as the world's two leading markets for new energy vehicles (NEVs), are driving industrial transformation by leveraging their distinct strengths. Europe is accelerating its electrification transition driven by stringent carbon emission regulations, while China continues to achieve breakthroughs in technological innovation and business models, particularly leading the world in core areas such as batteries and electric drive systems. Together, they are propelling the global automotive industry toward deep transformation in electrification, intelligence, and decarbonization.

Against this backdrop, the 2nd Europe-China New Energy Vehicle Technology Conference was successfully held in Munich, Germany, from September 11 to 12, 2025. Based on China-Europe industrial collaboration, the conference focused on "policy coordination, technological innovation, and market win-win". It not only served as a high-level platform for dialogue and practical cooperation but also facilitated extensive exchanges, leading to multiple consensus outcomes in areas such as policy alignment, mutual recognition of technical standards, and industrial chain collaboration. These efforts effectively promoted technology sharing and market openness, contributing to the development of a synergistic and innovative industrial ecosystem. The conference provided new models and injected fresh momentum into the sustainable development of the global new energy vehicle industry.
